We produce cold pressed, extra-virgin olive oil only from Tuscan cultivars grown with no chemical fertilisers.

This gives our oil a green hue and a smooth texture, with a vibrant note that lingers especially when young, turning sounder with time.

The soil is rich, fertile, retaining just the ideal amount of moisture. We’ve got a well right in the middle of our field, that helps keep the plants hydrated.
